Need Vegetarian Diet Chart For Child S Adequate Growth?

i have twin boys of 5 and a half years, they are hyperactive but very choosy in eating and drinking milk. what can i add in their diet chart for their adequate growth? also we are strictly vegetarian but for kids yes we have made them eat eggs nothing else in non veg?

Thanks for your query.
I suggest you to give balanced diet having
Cereals,pulses,green leafy vegetables,fruit ,milk and milk products should all be included in daily diet.
Give egg three times a week.
Also give soaked almonds daily.
Fluid intake should alsob be adequate.
Most important is to avoid all kind of junk food items.
