Need Treatment For Vericocele Under The Testicle

i have a verecocele under my left testicle and my pubic area has become more puffy than usual and my penis has retracted,i only have the gland level with my pubic area which as a result i have to push my penis into the pan otherwise i urinate between the lid and the pan and it goes all over the floor.If i have the verecocele operated on will my penis grow back to it's normal size.

Hi.Fro the history you have provided this does not looks to be varicocele but lymphedema die to filariasis or so. Yes the surgery to reduce this mass will definitely make the penis appear as normal as it was. Penis never shrinks.
