Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As your job is leading to the trouble to the knees it has got reduced joint space. Due to continuous compression of the patella over the bursa there will be swelling, pain and redness.

I will advise for doing hot water fermentation and stabilize the knee joint in a knee brace. Do simple static Quadriceps, static hamstring, straight leg raise, ankle toe movements and you should be fine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
