Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear,

Are these cysts filled with yellow pus? Any redness or warmth over the surrounding area? It would be helpful if you can send us a picture.

If associated with pain and tenderness, chance of secondary infection is there. Even though this is unlikely to cause migraine, this might need antibiotic treatment. For temporary pain relief, you can take ibuprofen tablet 2-3 times a day after food.
