Need Medication For Sharp Pains In Abdominal And Nausea

Last month I had my period on the 24th of january I normally have a cycle of 5 to 6 days however last month it lasted 3 days and wasn't like my normal period this was much more brighter then normal and now its the 24th of feb and no period my husband and I had sex before my period in january I have had 1 week of vomiting and couldn't eat food and 2 weeks of diaherrea but not watery it was loose I feel nauseous and light headed but no vomiting now I also have these sharp pains in my abdominal sometime on 1 side or both can I be pregnant I do have 1 child he is 2

I really appreciate your concern your abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, are not related with the menses history neither your menses history indicates the pregnancy, you might have got the intestinal infection, and for that I would suggest the following treatment,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day
2) Tab Dicyclomine three times in day
3) Tab Domeperidone three times in day
