Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Acne marks/black spots are a common complication of acne. If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use a skin lightening cream containing one or more of the following ingredients e.g kojic acid, hydroquinone or azaleic acid once or twice daily.

My personal choice is azaleic acid gel 10% or 20% to be applied twice daily and rubbed in to the skin. It is a topical retinoid and not only is effective for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation but also works on active acne as well.

regards
