Need Help With Understanding Pelvic Scan Report

Hi, I am 30 years old with PCOD. I got an abdomen and pelvic scan done and the report says 'both ovaries are bulky in size and show multiple tiny follicles arranged peripherally with central echogenic stroma'. What does this mean? Can you please explain.

welcome to Health care magic.
1. That means, your ovaries are bulky ( bigger than normal)
2.Multiple follicle with central echogenic stroma ( few cystic nature follicle around solid component)
3.This changes are seen in case of hormonal Imbalance, which may cause difficulty in conceiving.
4.But its purely treatable condition, with hormonal therapy.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
