Need For Concern Over Fluctuating Blood Pressure Levels?

I am 52, have a healthy diet and work out 3-5 times a week. My systolic number fluctuates between 120-132 but diastolic number ranges from 60-72. Do i need to be concerned? I am maybe 8-10 lbs over ideal weight. What else can i do to decrease the systolic?

See an Internist / get yourself examined / investigation may be necessary... Ambulatory monitoring may shed further light
