Need Advice On Microalbumin Creatinin Ratio.

I am taking oncortrex for RA 10mg per week since 4 months .i am diabetic and hypertensive and on medication .in the recent test microalbumin creatinin ratio was 89 .is it due to RA medication .?sugar levels are under contrĂ´l.HbA1c is 6.2 . Pl answer

Dear sir i can understand your concern.In my opinion the cause of increased microalbuminuria may be due to
1.RA itself causes some renal damage and in this scenario we can not include oncotrex because 10mg is a very minal dose.
2. long term diabetes also causes some proteinuria
3.in case of urinary tract infections also there will be false increase of microalbumin.
i suggest you to use ACE or ARB take advise of your doctor.
