General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! It seems that you had a very bad sprain in your cervical region. Considering the severity of your problem I would advise you see your doctor at the earliest, so that he can clinically examine you and do any essential radiological investigations if need be, along with a full course of anti inflammatory drugs and a complete session of physiotherapy.
Wishing you an early recovery. Thanks.
