Nausea, Slight Headache, Pain After Door Hitting Near Temple. Internal Bleeding Possible?

I hit my head on a door (not the corner just the edge) today around 2 pm. It was near my right temple but not exactly on it. It hurt like hell for a few minutes but then went away and I forgot about it. An hour later, I went sailing and felt a little nausea, which I thought was strange because I normally do not get sea sick, but I didn't make the connection. Then, hours later as I was getting ready to go to sleep, I lightly touched the spot and hurt fairly badly. Now I have a slight headache in the spot (which could be caused by my mild hypochondria) but it seems to hurt even more when I lie down. I'm worried its internal bleeding

Hi!
welcome to HCM forum!
After reading the sequence of events your injury seems to be superficial injury of skin and subcutaneous tissue.some minor tissue injury and capillary leaks in the area due to impact are giving you pain in that spot and headache. You dont need to worry.you can have an antiinflammatory ,analgesic to relieve the pain!Take care!
