My Name Is Kay. I Was Diagnosed With Hepatitis B

My name is Kay. I was diagnosed with hepatitis B in May, 2021. Test results indicated viral load DNA of 2234:UI/ml. I was placed on livolin forte and silybon 140mg(2xdaily). Test result later in Feb, 2022 showed viral load DNA of 399 UI/ml.
This month March, 2023, test results for viral load DNA showed 17,234 UI/ml

LFT: SGPT (32.2 U/L)
GGPT (35 U/L)
GOPT (17.7 IU/L)
Alkaline phosphatase 48 (IU/L)

Total cholesterol (123.3 mg/dl)
HDL (44.1 mg/dl)
LDL (73.3 mg/dl)

The high latest figure of 17,234 UI/ml makes me uncomfortable. Please what is your advice?
