My husband was on 3 mg of Ativan and 1 1/4 mg Klonopin a day for two years for the treatment of epilepsy. His doctor left the Ativan in place and stopped the Klonopin after a two day taper. This was two weeks ago and he's experiencing some pretty uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms. How long can we expect this to last? He's also taking 5 mg of Lexapro once a day, will this help the withdrawal symptoms he's feeling?
