How To Switch From Ativan To Clonazepam Without Any Withdrawal Effects?
My question: My doctor is changing me from Ativan to Clonazepam for sleep and movement within my legs. He is changing me from 5x.5 Ativan to 1 x .5 Clonazepam. Will I be able to stop ativan suddenly by replacing this amount with the different amount of clonezepam? Should I taper down and combine them as I wean off ativan? Thank you

see ativan i.e lorezapam and clonezapam belongs to the same group of drug that is benzodiazepans .so its like two brother of same family.but with little improved efficacy ,clnazepam is little longer acting
so i think u can cope with dose
