My Husband Is 63 Years Old 260 Lbs 6 Ft

My husband is 63 years old 260 lbs 6 ft 5 in. He had a liver transplant on February 6, 2017. His liver is working properly. He has 4 heart stents, one by pass and a aortic valve replacement. June 29, 2018 he had his last heart stent placed. He felt a little better and now he feels worse than he did before the stent. His gets winded walking across the room, his coloring changes to gray, has trouble with his balance, has no energy. He has no swelling in his legs. his last stress test before the placement of the stent was normal, which has happen before and he had blockages. His kidney function blood work is just above normal, The doctor thinks he may be in heart failure. When he had heart cath in June, should not that have been found then? What should we be looking for?
