My husband has three-vessel coronary artery atherosclerosis. He is status post CABG. The ascending aorta measures 4.0 cm which is enlarged. Main pulmonary artery measures 2.6 Right lower paratracheal precarinal lymph node measures 1.4 cm in short axis which is prominent. My questions being, since the aorta measures 4.0, should her curtail his activities? He is 82 and very active.
