My Heart Just Felt Like It Stopped Beating
About 5 minutes ago I was just standing there and it felt like my heart stopped beating. I couldn t breathe for a minute and then it went back to normal and I got a bad headache. Has anyone else had this before? What is it? I have heart palpitations once in awhile if I drink too much caffeine or I m super stressed, but I don t usually have it feel like my heart stopped and I can t breathe? Does anyone know what this might be? PS I do not smoke. I m not overweight. I exercise regularly. I don t eat junk/fast food.

that has happend to me before it scared me do you have any thing on your mind because i worry alot and that could be anxiety

Most likely Premature Atrial Contractions (PAC's) or Premature Ventrical Contractions (PVC's).
