My daughter and I both have the same experience where we get tunnel vision every time we are taking a visual field test at the eye doctor's office. It's very irritating that we can't see anything if we focus on the center, so we automatically look around so we know when to click the clicker, but that's obviously missing the whole point. Why do we get tunnel vision only during the test? Our eyes are completely healthy and we both have great peripheral vision.
