My blood pressure is 105 over 66. Is that ok?

If that's what your blood pressure is normally, then it's fine. If until yesterday, your blood pressure was 130/90 then it's a bit more of a problem! If it's a problem for you, like you always get faint when you stand up, or you get out of breath easily, then you might want to do something about it. If not, you just might be one of the people who has a naturally lower pressure and it's nothing to worry about. I've got a lower heart rate than a lot of people. I was in hospital once and I kept setting the alarm off cos my rate dropped below 40 when I was asleep even though for me, that was completely normal.
