Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My Wife is on Arip 2.5 mg and at night takes 25 mg qutan . She was admitted in the psychiatric hospital and was given olanzopaine and escitalopram for nearly 2 weeks, She went to India and the psychiatric doctor advised her to take Arip and varied the Arip medicine from 2.5 mg to 15 mg and then brought down to 2.5 mg . and qutan at night is constant.
She was fine when she came back from India. Now she is complaining that her movements are slow and cant do work , also complains about knee pain. He weight is also 83 kg and she is overweight.
What is your suggestion and the doctor has asked her to take medication for a year. What is your suggestion.
