My SGOT and SGPT level is high. What can i do?
my SGOT and SGPT indicators are showing an increase what does it indicate/i am a female i am 48 years old. ultrasound of abdomen shows fatty infiltration of liver .and a large intramural fibroid.

Raised SGOT/PT with fatty infilteration of liver shows that excess fat has deposited in your liver which is affecting the liver function as shown by raised levels of enzymes. Some hepatoprotective tonics might help as well as you need to reduce your weight.
