My BP Is 130/80, What Should I Do To Bring It Back To Normal ?

My Blood Pressure is 130/80, and my age is 24 M, is that is ok? If my Blood Pressurerate is not ok? what is should i do to bring back to normal?

Yes it is OK! Systolic blood pressure (the first number) is so variable that a minor elevation of 130 rather than 120 is meaning less. Had your BP been measured on both arms while either lying down, sitting or standing you would have gotten different numbers each time. So RELAX! (applies to some of those giving answers too)
