My BP Is 108/87, Is That Too High Or Too Low ?

My blood pressure is 108/87, is that too high or too low? How can I read the blood pressure machine properly? I never know whether or not the blood pressure is good or bad.

your blood pressure changes every day at every minute of the day To find out if you have high blood pressure (that reading is fine by the way) Try checking your bp every day for a month
