My 80 year old husband was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 3 years ago. He takes leflunomide,10mg,prednisolone 5mg,plaquinil 200mgx2, daily; plus 30mg of methotrexate weekly,he also has folate and calcium supplements. He takes targin5/2.5,twice daily.Recent blood test showed his iron level was extremely low- 2. He has had an iron infusion. Which of these drugs would cause this?

My husband is 80 years old has rheumatoid arthritis, last 3 years, has been found to have very low iron level,2.
