Muscle Pains Throughout Knees, Back And Neck, Severe Migraines, Eye Twitching, Bump Above Hairline. Analysis?

Hi there. I currently am having muscle pains throughout my knees, back and neck . Ocassionally i have really bad migraines that are so painful i have to take something. My right eye has been consistently twitching and i have noticed a tender lump on the back right side of my head just above my hairline. What could this mean, and what do you suggest i do? Thank you, Samantha
