Missing Periods. Having Cramps With Light Spotting. HPT Negative. Implantation Bleeding?

i always have had a 26-28 day cycle. But today is day 30 and i have never been late like this before. i have been having cramps for the past 6 days and this morning i started a very light bright red bleed which is not like my normal period flow. i took a pregnancy test on day 28 which was negative. Is there a chance that this is implantation bleeding or is it too late at day 30 and is it more likely to be a normal period?

hello,
It may be due to early implantation bleeding/sign of abortion or uterine cause.Do a blood test for B-hcg to confirm conceptional product.
If negative, then need not to be worried. 2-3 days date alteration is nothing significant and it may be due to hormonal imbalance/stress/psychological upset/irregular eating etc.
If positive,do a USG lower abdomen to rule out gestational sac/viability of fetus.Consult with your doctor and take suggestive measures.
Take Tab DROTIN DS for abdominal cramp, avoid stress, take healthy diet and maintain genital hygiene properly.
Be well.
