Missed Periods With HPT Negative. History Of Having Irregular Periods. Is Sonography Necessary?
Hi doc my wife miss 3 month period and she have un predicated period cycle she most of time get her period in 2 month but new she have 3rd month and the home pregnancy kit show negative is this correct ? or wh have to sonography Kindly suggest please

If your wife has been missing periods for 3 months and HPT is negative, pregnancy is most probably ruled out. However she needs to get treated for secondary amenorrhoea This can be due to female hormonal disorders or any medical problem like thyroid hormone problems.
