Missed Periods For A Month Followed By Pink To Brown Spotting, Cramps, Lower Back Pain, Fluctuating BP. Thoughts?

I'm a 37 yr old female .. I've had 2 children both by c-section .. well I have always had a reg. Menstral cycle with a 2 or 3 day spottingin between periods recently I skiped a whole month august came and went with no period then I get my period on the 2 sept. Lasted 6- 7 days now I think it all started on 12 sept. Been having like pink to brown spotting sometimes only see when I wipe other times I have to use a liner been going on for now 6 days light cramping and lower back pain also low grade fever that just started and not to mention my blood prpressure been up and down lately .. what is going on I already made a doctor appt for friday morning any advice would be greatly app. Thank you !

Please rule out pregnancy to rule out anc by upt or usg pelvic region.also do cbc.for pid.routine urine
