Mild Cramping Below Navel Followed By Loose Motions, Dark With Blood Clots. Having Minor Hemorrhoids. Suggestions?

I am a 39 y.o. female, healthy, non-smoker and weigh 120 lbs. For the past few days I have been experiencing mild cramping about an inch below the naval, followed almost immediately by a trip to the bathroom due to loose bowels. Upon waking this morning I began having loose bowels again but all day they have been dark, bloody and appear to have blot clots. A few times it has been only these darker blood clots and brighter blood that has passed. I am in no pain, have no fever, my appetite is normal and I drink plenty of water. Oh, I do have minor hemorrhoids (from having four children) but none that are new or inflamed. Abdominally, I have not been injured in any way. Do you have any advice?
