Mild Buzzing On Left Front Chest, Feeling Of Blood Being Pushed Through Heart In Restricted Manner. Opinion?

I was wondering about the specific location of the heart in the body . I am pretty good health , 58 and have noticed what felt like a mild buzzing on my left front chest . No pain or discomfort but it is peculiar . I do not think it is muscle related and I am wondering of it is blood being pushed through the heart is restricted fashion.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the sputum in the chest, due to infection. the rare cause is the aortic stenosis causing the murmer in that location. If it is compensated stage there wont be any symptom except the murmer.
Thank you.
