Macrocytosis, Vitamin D Deficiency. Moderate Drinker. Any Advice?

hi, i m a 30 year old female with mild macrocytosis - levels generally between 1001 & 103. Vitamin b12 and folic acid . Have vitamin d deficiency. Only drink moderately on social occasions. Do you have any advice? Is it worth taking a vitamin b12 supplement . I am worried that this will cause problems for my baby if i become pregnant one day. Appreciate your advice.

hello

thanks for the query, it looks like the macrocytois in you is not due to vit b 12 deficiency.
the next step would be to approach a haematologist for the same and undergo a bone marrow biopsy and aspiration test

regards
