MRI Results Shows Bulge With Facet Joint Hypertrophy, Spinal Canal Stenosis, Bulges At Each Lumber Level. Is Painful. Suggestions?

Ok I have a MRI result that says I have a mild disc bulge with facet joint hypertrophy that is creating mild central spinal canal stenosis at the levels of L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 and mild disc bulge in level T12 sL1 with no spinal canal stenosis. I also have a Doctors note that says I have mild disk bulges at each lumber level, meaning I have a herniated disk, Is this the same and if so what can be done to help? I am in severe pain throughout much of the day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely JGourneau

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If you are symptomatic, and have sever pain, disturbing your routine, then the surgical intervention is needed in your case, and it should be done with very experience competent neuro-spino surgeon, of course medical management is there but has got very little role, have nice day.
