Lump Under Skin, Moving, Red And Visible. How To Get Rid Of This?

ive got this spot, well it wasnt a spot just a little lump uner the skin that wasnt visible until one day i squeezed and white really smelly pus came out!
Its swwms to have moved down my cheeek and always seems to fill up again and as now red and visible...do you know how i can get rid of it? Im 34 and have no other spots on m face

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might have developed sebaceous cyst.

It is a collection of dead material under the skin.

When you press this material comes out as black debris.

I think it got infected due to pressing.

Dont worry its not a dangerous condition.

Treatment is mainly surgical under antibiotic coverage.

It can be removed with the wall of the cyst, through a small incision.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
