I have a lump near my back/ kidney area with a lot of pain....sometimes urine is okay, mostly it s brown and smelly. I also have, what feel like mentrual cramps sometimes as well. Have been having diariah, vomiting and chills all weeken..just noticed lump a few days ago, but have had pain for the past few months. What s wrong with me?? (I m going to the dr. today), but I just want to have some kind of idea.
