Low BP. On Lipitor And Cartia Tablets. Are The Medications Safe?
Hi My Blood pressure is always around110/60 I had a double by pass 11 yrs ago after which I now take 40 mg of Lipitor with a Statguard tablet to offset side effects each day plus a Cartia tablet each day I sometimes get a liitle tight in the chest and on going to my cardiologist he perscribed this drug. I am 68 and drive children to school daily. My concern is if I take this drug. the effects could affect my driving putting them in danger.My calestrol is 4.3 Should I in your opinion take this drug...Sincerely...Ken B.

110/60 is not consider as low BP, moreover the low BP does not happens it self,, it is medical emergency and need immediate medical attention, for the drug side effects you better discus it with the doctor who prescribed the drugs, in short I would say that this drugs may not cause you any thing danger, have goo day.
