Lenses Placed In Eyes After Cataract Surgery But Why Right Pupil Is Larger Than Left?

I had catarac surgery and regular lenses put in both eyes. My right eye has a pupil that is larger than the left and i find that they do not open and close much with light. The right eye was done a month ago and the left was done two weeks ago. What is the problem here?

Hello
It seems from the history that you had cataract surgery with implantation of intraocular lens in both the eyes.
Pupil in right eye is larger than the pupil in left eye and it is showing sluggish reaction.
This can be because of trauma to pupil during surgery or because of entrapment of iris by intraocular lens. Until unless it is causing any problems like diminution of vision no treatment or intervention is required, hence no need to worry.

Thank you
