Last fall i had an ectopic pregnancy. it ruptured and i didn't realize and bleed out in to my stomach over the weekend. When arriving to hospital i had a 36 hgbn. and underwent surgery to remove the blood and fix the ruptured fallopian tube. I ended up with only one tube and ovary. I have only had one period in the past six months. I was kicked pretty hard in the stomach on Thursday at work and had pretty bad pain all that night. I still have a lot of pain and am now bleeding down there. Its not the normal menstrual blood color, this is much brighter and does not seem to be slowing down. I am feeling a bit dizzy periodically and pretty tired...............I am terrified of hospitals and wont go unless life or death. Ideas? Suggestions? Thank you so much for your consideration.

On Saturday the 4th of march I woke up with tender breasts and the following week I had brownish discharge. I didn t take this very seriously until it continued. I then decided to take a pregnancy test where I discovered I was 3-4 weeks pregnant. The next evening I was in bed asleep and woke up with excoriating pains almost biting through my arm unsure of the situation my partner rushed me to hospital. I was in so much pain I thought I was about to die. It was at that moment I was told it may be an ectopic pregnancy and that I would have to be rushed into surgery. 1am surely this could not happen ? Well it didn t I was given all the pain medication and taken to a room where I would sleep and in the morning I would go get checked. By the time morning came I felt almost better I could walk again I was feeling fine - I had the scan and the doctor picked up that I had a 5cm cyst on my right ovary but thought that I wasn t in as much pain to have an ectopic. My pregnancy was still very early and so my readings were very low and unable to show any signs of a baby how ever there was a concern. The next day I went in for what I thought would be a DNC and came out completely shocked that I had double trouble a cyst on my right ovary and a ruptured ectopic pregnancy on my left Fallopian tube. Both removed. it was also very much of a shock that I was 8 weeks pregnant and not 2-3 weeks like everyone had thought. My question is what are my chances of ever having another ectopic pregnancy because I am so nervous to ever try again one day in the fear that I will go through this again. I am so scared that I am not worthy of myself if I cannot have children and I will feel as if I m letting my partner down too.

I am worried I have a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. I am 43 years of age - no children. Had a period at the beginning of July and then what I thought was another one about 3 weeks later - did a pregnancy test which was negative. Had a pain on my left side which has now gone. I am wondering if ive had a burst tube. I now have pains in my chest and fell like I am not breathing properly.

Hi I took duphaston 10 mg for 10 days and three days after my last pill i did a home pregnancy test and it showed negative. So i started bleeding on the 25th of aug which was 5 days after my last pill. I bled heavy fot wto days and then very light, the light spotting didnt stop. I then experienced severe lower abdominal pain on monday the 7th of septembet n went to the hospital n they found that i was 4 weeks pregnant, it turbed out o b an ectopic pregnancy and i had to remove the fsllopian tube as it ruptured. My question is, could the duphaston have been the cause of the ectopic pregnancy?
