Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms(pressure in the eyes, dizzieess)with normal blood pressure and normal thyroid hormne levels are suggestive of Stress.

It is normal to be tired with a little baby and after a long period of lactation.
If you are not taking the medication of thyroid and your thyroid hormon e levels are normal this means that for the moment you don't need this treatement.
I suggest to repeat the thyroid test after 3 months because you may need thyroid hormone replacement therapy in the future.

For the moment my advice is to take only the supplement for breastfeeding mothers.

Hope this is helpful.
Take care
