a 33 year old lady with history of previous foreign body in the right knee developed infection after frequent manipulation for that foreign body. Few months later she developed left knee joint pain and abscess discharge. Thereafter she developed brast abscess and discharge. She had mild fever and leucocytosis and increase neutrophil count.
