Kidney Pain, Passed Stone, Groin Pain. Muscle Injury Or Kidney Damage?

I have had kidney pain off and on for the last several months, passed a small stone in Jan. last night I was pulling a fence post from my garden and felt a little pain at bedtime I was in lots of pain. this morning I had pain in my right groin as well, do you think this is a pulled back muscle or have i damaged my kidney?

The pain in your right groin is due to passing of stone in URETER, Get ULTRASOUND SCAN ABDOMEN, & Consult Urologist for further treatment.
