Jumping Of Left Side Temple With Little Pressure In Head. Could This Be Sinus ?

my left side temple keeps jumping every 30 mins or more. i feel a little pressure in my head, but it doesn t hurt at all. i have high blood pressure,but its normal. it really is bothering me because its been going on for a 2 days. im thinking sinus but not sure

Hello there!
These symptoms with hypertension history and acute episode points it to multi directions. could be a simple headaches to could a a hypertensive gig to could be a sinus involvement but the later would be associated with recent nasal decongestion or flu or cold etc.
so start with acetaminophen and if the problem persists seek the help of otorhinolaryngologist.
