Itching, Burning In Skin Along With Feeling High Like On Drugs. On Minivell Patch. Suggested Lowering Dosage. Time To Feel The Effects Of Lowered Dosage?
I have been on the minivell patch for two weeks now.I went to the doctor this morning as I was having itching and burning on my skin...as well as a "high" feeling as it I were on drugs! She wants to lower the dose from .1 to .5... I forgot to ask her how long will it take to feel the effects of lower dosage? I am not feeling well and don't know if it's from too much estrogen or not enough...would I feel the effects only an hour or so of removing the patch to lower dose?
Hi, burning and itching means that the condition may not be due to estrogen, but may be due to the patch. Any how if the itching is continued after lowering the dose you may have to remove the patch completely and sought other form of harmone replacement therapy. Thank you.
