im seeing yellow mucus after stool frequently
this is happening from long time...these days im seeing gel like yellow mucus in stool almost every day sometimes only just yellow mucus with gas, also getting mild pain above naval and little sourness of mouth.... im 6 weeks pregnant now, what should i do?

It is not related to pregnancy. It is can be normal colonic mucus and will settle by itself. If symptoms persists a stool routine is required to rule out infective causes.
