Is Vomiting Followed By Chest Pain Suggestive Of Heart Attack?

Last night i experienced terrible chest pain that lasted for at least half an hour, i eventually vomited and the pain stopped. I fell asleep and woke up this morning feeling well. This started happening soon aft my husband and I left a restaurant. I had three glasses of wine during the evening -three hours. normally I don t have more than 2 with dinner. I have not experienced pain like this I had a gallbladder attack.( I had the gall bladder out 6years ago). I am wondering if I had a heart attack?

Hi ,it doesn't look like a heart attack to me ,but it might be related to the wine which can cause such symptoms by causing acid reflex .you might want to take some antacid medication for your acidity.
