gud evg mam/sir i am radhika singh. i wanna ask you i have sex before one month this time i m feeling vometing and i have crossed my period date but it is not coming. tell me is this symtonms of preganancy or not and if it is then what shold i do for that i dont want it. please help me.

Understand your concern
Following are the early sign of pregnancy: missed period, vomiting, abdominal pain, breast tenderness, heaviness of leg, tiredness, increased appetite etc.
Best confirmation of pregnancy should be done by blood HCG and by USG scan. Usg also help to confirm intrauterine pregnancy.
It should be terminated by MTP pill.(gynecologist prescription is required). It should be used under guidance and observation of gynecologist.
Mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. Bleeding and cramps occur since last 4-5 days after using pill.
Follow up at 7 days if bleeding will continue.
USG should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion.
Do not take at home as self medication as it cause serious complication that can not be controlled at home.
