Is Urine Test The Only Way To Confirm Pregnancy

Dear Sir,
My wife missed his mestrual period for more than 10 days.So we consult the doctor and check the urinary test for pregnancy confirm.But the result shows Negative.Pls confirm the urinary test is the final decision for confirming the Pregnancy?But my wife got a symptoms of Fatigue and tired on early morning.But still now there is no vomitting.So Pls confirm if wife is pregnant or not?

Fatigue and tiredness do not indicate pregnancy. Urine pregnancy test are very reliable tests. But if you have a doubt then you can repeat the urine pregnancy test. Alternatively you can visit your gynecologist and do a blood test by which you will come to know if your wife is pregnant or not. Hope the information helps. Have a good day.
