Is Tingling Sensation In The Neck And Arms A Matter Of Concern?

I have an upset stomach with tingling is neck and left arm to fingers, no chest pain. History of too much acid production, and spinal stenosis. Heart rate fluctuating between 62 and 92. Had fried seafood for lunch. Weigh 209 at 5’11” age 52 male. Should I be concerned?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tingling in the arms and neck pain may be due to cervical compression with radiculopathy. It may be due to hypocalcemia or hypomagnesemia or peripheral neuropathy etc. Acid reflux may lead to pain in the centre of the chest and it may radiate to up to neck. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. get x-ray cervical spine ap lateral view then please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
