Is Tingling In The Back A Clinical Presentation Of Heart Disease?

can tingling in the back (same side as your heart) be heart problems? I get this on and off last few weeks. What about heart burn? I also have been getting that the last week --- for no apparent reason and I usually do not have. (Not due to food intake).

Thanks for your questions on HcM

Dear Friend Tingling sensation on back of same side of heart doesn't have any characteristics of heart disease. You need not to be worried as it is normal.
Another symptoms of heart burn can be due to improper relaxation of sphincter in lower end of oesophagus. Avoid heavy food and also be in sitting position for 15 mins after every food. Drink warm water as it helps to ease problem of heartburn. Medications like Rantac 150mg can be taken half hour before food.
Thank you
