General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Shaun Fielld, Welcome to healthcaremagic, community forum...
First, Obsessive compulsive disorder is not normal. If you think you really have this condition, then you need to take it seriously. Consult a psychiatrist for treatment.
Second, I don't understand, how masturbation is considered as sin!?!. Masturbation is a normal physiological act. There is no harm done to yourself or any other individual. So why do you consider this a 'sin'??
Seeking knowledge or sharing them is also normal.
My suggestion is talk to a doctor, discuss your symptoms, and if you really have the symptoms of OCD, psychological therapies are needed.
I find this answer helpful
