I am 37 years lady .Recuert urine infection, At present routine,pus cell 12to 15and urine cultural having 1000ecoli.Gynologist. Nevofo fosfomycin tromeymol powder single. Dose,When antibiotics are 7 daya Then why it is of one single dose?Iis it too strong?wby it is not from culture report ?£an I take. It? Novefos Fosfomycin Tromethamine powder is used for Urinary infection . its not a high dose . its usually prescribed as single-use drug.

Single-use doesn't mean strong. It's not an antibiotic, it helps the antibiotics to work in a potent way.
